Maria Mejia was my go-to contact person she kept me informed took the time and got me info on how often oil changes should happen and explained my already-paid maintenance plan. She was on top of everything with a smile :)

Good to deal with and easy purchase process. 4 stars as service department did not provide loaner when I brought truck in for service despite letting them know it was urgent that I had a vehicle that day. Also, I had to request and pay for an Uber as a result. They said all loaners were unavailable. They need more loaner vehicles.

I brought my car in for service to fix a problem that Henderson Nissan could not fix. Service advisor David handled the service and solved the problem within a couple of hours. I went in for my 10,000 mile service and had my oil changed and tires rotated. I usually dread dealing with car stuff but this was easy peasy! My car was done within an hour and my service adviser Matt was very easy to work with.
