I had a lot of issues with the NV passenger from the start, purchased from another dealer. These guys did most of the service issues I had. A few hiccups, brought it back several times for the same issues but in the end they got it all sorted out. Andrew Andrews stayed on it until the van was right. Sold it the next day. The service guys were real good.

I am an out of state buyer which makes things quite a bit more complex. Bernard (sales) and Jaime (finance) made things easy. They coordinated paperwork and transport, and no haggling. The price of the car was significantly less than what I could find in North Texas, so even paying for shipping I still got a great deal. Coordinating transport is tough right now, but they did it! And I am confident buying the car without test driving it with Auto-nation’s guarantee. Thank you for a great buying experience!
