We went into the dealer not figuring to buy and thinking that our credit wouldn't let us anyway. We wanted to look at the Nissan Titan and had an appointment with Danny Burgess the internet manager. Although the truck was nice I wasn't willing to pay that high a payment at this time. We decided to look at the Altima and see what kind of deal it would be. For someone who has never bought a car before, this experience was painless, and dare I say...fun? I had no idea what I wanted walking into the dealership, and left a satisfied customer. The employees are thoughtful, considerate and don't make you feel pressured to make any decisions you may be uncertain about. The result? A brand new 2013 Nissan Sentra that has truly changed the way I think about automobiles and the car buying process. I would recommend this place in a heart beat, and Nissan definitely has a new fan.

This is the second car I bought from Desert Nissan. In each case I was satisfied. If I should decide to buy another car after a while, Desert Nissan will be my dealer.

I recently visited Desert Nissan to inquire about purchasing a newer, used vehicle and had a fantastic experience. I didn't experience the normal pressures of buying a car when shopping at a dealership (vehicle price, warranty, other add ons, etc.). I have purchased vehicles at other major dealerships and used cars lots and had dreadful experiences of wasted time and money. Best car buying experience! Every step of the process was quick and easy, from walking around with the sales rep looking at vehicles to the financing was pleasant and hassle free.

Maizen is an excellent salesman to work with. He is friendly and not to pushy. I would highly recommend Maizen to partner with when considering a new car. Prior to going in I would suggest understanding what your negotiating points are and be clear about what features to ask for. I felt that the finance team tried to put the hard sell on for the extended warranty. Eventually I did get the extended warranty at a price I was satisfied with. I'm very satisfied with the purchase of my new Nissan Versa. I know which vehicle I wanted when I arrived, and even though they didn't have it in stock they were able to give me a different vehicle for the same price. I highly recommend Carl Booker, he exceeded my expectations.

Overall we were extremely satisfied with the whole car-buying experince from Desert Nissan. Joe made was very friendly and informative and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable.
