Avoid Autonation Nissan at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to, manipulated, and disrespected. This place is the definition of shady, and the worst part? The so-called ‘general manager,’ Manny, is the biggest xxxxxxx of them all. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was a mess—disorganized, unprofessional, and full of salespeople who would rather hustle you than actually help. I came in expecting a fair deal, but instead, I got an experience straight out of a bad movie. I was told one price over the phon... read more

I got an internet price for a new car before I even came in and confirmed it with the salesman when I got there. The finance manager would not honor it and wanted to charge me a considerable amount more for the car. Waste of 2 hours of my time. I would not recommend shopping here

Subject: BUYER BEWARE! I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with the service department at AutoNation Nissan on 5800 W Sahara, Las Vegas, Nevada. I believe the department operates dishonestly, and I want to warn others about their practices. I purchased my Nissan Murano from this dealership in 2017 and have always had my car serviced there. On November 26, I brought my car in for a routine oil change. My service advisor was Andrew. At that time, everything seemed fine. However a few days later, on Nove... read more

This dealership is only concerned about the sale, after the sale they're not willing to help. They make promises and don't follow through! I've kept my communications professional and kind, to get either no response or receiving responses that are rude. Roy (salesman), DJones & Rami (Managers), and Christopher (Finance) can't be trusted.

There is one staff member, Andrew, who is extremely incompetent as my previous visit, he lost my keys. When I took a second chance, this past June, I did make a comment under my breath that I did not want to deal with this individual, but as the computer system was down, I had no choice. he was rude and abrasive but again, I had no choice. I was told one to three hours for a simple oil change, which is ridiculous. I was not asking for any extra services other than the oil change. When I went to inquire after two hours , the ... read more

I took my 2024 Nissan Frontier with less than 600 miles in to the service department at AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas to have them look at an issue with the AC system emanating a nasty smell. The first thing that David Tran the service agent told me without even looking at the issue was that it would cost me $150 to replace the cabin filter. I told him that I just bought the truck less than a week ago and it should be covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. He refused and told me it would cost me for them to look at the prob... read more
