Joe Spann was the reason I came back to the dealership. I also loved the product, and Joe was incredibly knowledgable. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly. After I signed my lease he went through all the features with me on the vehicle. The entire staff was so courteous. Everyone one of them congratulated me, and it was just an incredible experience.

We had a great experience at this dealership and would recommend them. They were quick, pleasant and we would have been out sooner if I were quicker on making what car to buy.

My sibling doesn't have the best credit; Chris worked to get the best possible interest rate and get her in a new car that she loved! Ricky took her on a test drive and carefully explained the bells and whistles in the car. He also contacted an insurance broker to get her a fantastic insurance premium! It didn't take a long time to fill out the paperwork for approval and was a pleasant experience (if there is such a thing when buying a new car). Lenny Duval was a wonderful representitive of your company. I had intended to go to another dealer, but, Lenny was so helpful and kind to us we decided this was the person we wanted to do business with. Because of him we decided to buy a new car instead of a used car. He showed us all the cars we were interested in and never seemed out of patience. He is professional but sincere. Efficient service with a smile, offered many avenues to get me to buy............seemed a little desperate...........financing was so-so at best...........pushed awful hard to get the service package and kind of rushed through the explanation of the benefits. I don't personally care for the financing aspect of purchasing a car though. Salesman and managers were awesome and very helpful in making a decision.

This salesman was simply awsome! He greeted us with a warm inviting smIle that instantly but us at ease. He took care to listen to our needs regarding vehicle options and our price range. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful in aiding us to make the right choice my family. And he was not PUSHY! Rico contradicts every negative stereotype of car salesmen! We have brought many cars and this is by far the most pleasing experience ever!
