I worked with Aaron Bradley, Loan Champion for Autopay. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of the process and walked me through every step with choosing a rate that I was most comfortable with. Aaron Bradley was amazing! Very professional and friendly. My goal was to refinance my loan to get a lower APR, lower monthly payment, and remove my cosigner. He was able to fulfill all of my goals. He was very helpful and attentive on my application. I highly recommend you request him if you are attempting to refinancing your loan. i called with the goal of refinancing my loan(i decided against it for my own reasons), but i spoke with Sal and Spencer and both of these guys have the gold standard for me in customer service, they were polite fast, and knew what they were doing and didn't treat me like a number. these two have made sure that i come here for my next auto loan. more »

When I first attempted to refinance, there appeared to be no hope. With my first major financing being my vehicle, I was in a huge APR, I was dreading it and the monthly payments I was making. I felt sick to my stomach. I took a shot at Credit Karma and found AUTOPAY and was instantly matched up with Keith (Kim) who called me within an hour. He took some additional information and over the weekend working on it for me. I don't know what kind of magic Keith does, but there's literally no better option that I could have received, I was signed up and happy with my new monthly rate. A few months later when I hadn't yet received the promotional, I simply texted Keith again who was extremely helpful and on the same day got it fixed for me. I can't thank Keith enough and if AUTOPAY is filled with many like him, then a 5-star rating isn't enough. more »

My experience with auto pay was pretty great. I worked with a representative named Isaiah. He made the process super easy and walked me through everything. I was able to get out of a super high interest rate into something pretty low and it all took a few minutes to get approved. I felt like my concerns were met with sincerity and a real desire to make sure I was getting the best deal was their priority. more »

I had an amazing experience with Craig. He was an excellent listener. He understood what I was looking for. I know he checked multiple lenders to get me the best rates and percentages. Everyone has different reasons for refinancing. My reason was to continue digging myself out of the financial wreckage of divorce and continually improve my credit score. I know Craig kept me realistic in what I could expect. If was extremely convenient to access him via computer, phone, and text. I was extremely satisfied. Ultimately, over the 36 hours of communications we shared, I feel that he was interested in my goals and what I was trying to accomplish. It was not simply getting a loan. Craig had the interpersonal skills to get to know me. And, he shared some information about himself. Don’t hesitate. Give Autopay a try. Customer service is excellent. And, ask for Craig, if you can. If you cannot ask for someone, and you get Craig, know you are in great hands. more »

Had an amazing experience that was prompt and painless. My agent, Spencer, was able to dramatically reduce my interest rate from 16% to 5%. He made a great suggestion to add gap insurance to my loan, and my loan was refinanced in record time! He saved me $15 dollars per month on my premium even with adding the gap.
