I have a very busy schedule and I did get a run around a lot with the information they needed I would take time off work to run and do the things I needed to do and then the next day they would ask for more stuff and I just don't have the time to run around several hours throughout the day.

Auto Pay was extremely helpful when working with them to lower the interest rate on my car payment. They answered all my questions and were extremely kind and patient with me. They did a great job explaining everything I needed to do and what it was for. I cannot recommend Auto Pay enough.
