My mother was a resident of Autumnview for a year before she passed away at the age of 95. My family and I are so grateful for the wonderful care she received from the nurses and aides on Unit A. Everyone who works at Autumview deserves a thank you. From the receptionist desks to the cleaning staff you were all pleasant, friendly and always helpful.

I was in recently to visit a friend, and one of my first impressions was the cleanliness of the facility, very IMPRESSED! We interacted with the staff and administration on several occasions and they were always attentive, caring and went above and beyond! Thank you for the exceptional experience, I look forward to many more visits!

My Dad was a patient in Rehabilitation for several years at Autumnview before becoming a long term resident. The staff was amazing! Very hands on and compassionate. The Administrative staff was always available to talk to us regarding any questions or concerns we had. My Dad passed away in March. I have had the pleasure of working at Autumnview for the past six years. I started in the Business Office and now work as the Unit Clerk. One of the greatest moments is getting to know and work with staff , meeting residents families and most importantly the residents. Making one person smile is the greatest gift you can receive.

I have worked for the McGuire group since 2006 and have been the opportunity to grow and move up the corporate ladder. I consider myself a part of the family and have made many friends. As a part of the management team I feel that support and dedication from administration is crucial for continued success and I've always received both. We had a family member at Autumn View for rehab after a stroke. We found the facility to be very clean, with no odors that I could pick up on. The Reception area is very nice and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The entire staff - nurses, aides (especially some really wonderful aides) , therapists, are very courteous, helpful, and caring even though there is a staffing shortage at times. My mom has been there since Feb.2022. Started with rehabilitation. Then long trem care. Overall the majority of the staff have been very nice and considerate. I visit my mother almost every day for 3 to 4 hours. Her meals are almost always cold, they will bring her an alternate meal when she asked for one. Many times, I myself will take her meals to the dinning room to warm them up for her. I have personally witnessed waits of over 30 to 40 minutes for a staff member to answer her call light. Place was very attentive to needs however it was hard to reach a nurse at night or early in the morning. The therapy was very good.
