We had some leaking and our roof was older. We were recommended by a friend to call Avalon and had them come out to look at our home. Larry who came for the inspection was wonderful. He showed us examples of shingles and clearly explained the warranty options allowing us to make an informed decision. We did not have to wait a terribly long time for the installers to arrive. Everything was excellent. Avalon was really good. The salesman helped me select my color and within days they had their team out here working on my roof. They cleaned up well but my Christmas lights were not repacked up properly and ended up falling. The roof looks great and I’m excited to use them again for my front windows. Complete roof

As a small business owner and partner for a few rental properties finding a roofing company that would work around my schedule and my partners was slightly difficult. It started a little bumpy due to the contract being written up loosely. We had a lot of non written understandings that caused it to be this way. Avalon’s representative who came to our home for the inspection was very friendly and we got the feeling he was a great guy which allowed us to feel confident in the company. Avalon was the only company I could find that was willing and able to complete a repair to my roof. Every other company told me I could only choose to redo the whole roof. Which was more money than I was prepared to spend on fixing a leak. Avalon worked with me and Ryan who was sent out to my home for the inspection was very knowledgeable and understanding. the city was on me to fix paint issues on my garage so i decided to go with Avalon building concepts. i got a great quote and gave a deposit. after i paid the deposit i needed to cancel the contract so i talked to Larry at Avalon Building Concepts and he was a standup guy who understood my situation. He not only went through the trouble of cancelling the contract, but went a step further by giving me a full refund which he didnt have to do. Standup guy. siding for my garage

Things went well. We had a roof leak, and they came out within a week to get us taken care of. They actually dropped off all the supplies the day after we signed the contract, but then we got record rainfall for the next three/four days so they were delayed through no fault of theIr own. Insulation took a little while longer to get scheduled, but only because lots of other people were also getting ready for winter! Avalon was competitively priced and convenient. Jeremy arrived at our home for the inspection and diagnosed our leaks quickly and took the time to explain why we were experiencing them and what Avalon would do to solve them. The installation team arrived early as promised and got the project done in one day. It was as painless as can be. The roof looks great. Very pleased with Avalon.
