I didn’t shop around for anyone else after I watched the whole process on my neighbors roof. I walked over there and talked to the guys. They were personable. I saw enough of their work and how they handled themselves to convince me these guys knew what they were doing. I called Avalon to have them come out and give me a price. Call them. Ask for David Strotheide. He is a problem solver. I run mutiple properties and when gathering bids for one of the properties to pitch my bosses he worked with me providing extra educational materials to present to them about the roofing products Avalon uses. Most other companies just give me an estimate. He walked me through what to expect once the bid was accepted. However they surpassed my expectations. The installers were so polite and so neat. They were one of five companies I was looking to get a quote from. I knew I wanted a contractor that was local and easy to get in touch with. I hadn't called to make an appointment, but when I saw Avalon's truck drive by my neighborhood I flagged down the driver. They did a beautiful job from start to finish. Dan W truly went the extra mile for us. He was knowledgeable, kind, and truly cared. He even came back after the roof was completed to walk around the home and check the work as he knew we were particular. The guys who installed our new roof were very nice and worked like a machine to get it done quickly. They paid attention to detail in how the shingles were laid and went through our yard numerous times to find any loose nails that came down with the removal of our old shingles... read more

It was expensive but they did an outstanding job. Fantastic. I had a complex roof and they replaced 50 year old shingles.

I contacted a couple of well-recommended roofing firms. Avalon's price was the best and they were using quality materials. They completed the work promptly. The new roof looks great. Cleanup was done well. new roof, including tear off

We are so thankful for everyone we came across with at this company. Our new roof looks great. They don’t mess around. They did all the work we agreed too and extra they didn’t have to do. We had an old tree limb that hung to low over our driveway that we hadn’t gotten around to cutting, and with our permission the crew cut it down cleaned it up and hauled it away.
