My first week at Avalon after having a stroke I turned on my car light at night so someone could turn me and that caregiver leaned over and whispered you need to do it yourself! My daughter did Report this to they had nurse. Other instances were that the call light wasn’t given to me and I was unable to call for help at different times whether I was in bed or in the wheelchair in my room.
