My experience was amazing. I felt like I was heard. I felt like Dr. Mackenzie took her time and cared really about my health. It wasn’t like other appointments that I have been to in the past she really care about her patients. Everyone was really nice even down to Jordan in the lab that did my lab work. I’m glad I made the switch to Avance Care Waxhaw.

Wonderful!! I love this practice! I love Dr.Rounds and his sweet bedside manner. He is a bit shy, just like me, but he has been my GP for numerous years and he gives me excellent care! He listens and that’s almost unheard of this day and time. The people in the practice are friendly and caring also. I recently began receiving services last year with the practice and Dr. Brown and PA:Kea. From my first visit I was 💯 blown away by how friendly and caring all the staff treat me. From the check in staff,assistants, doctors and lab tech, I felt welcomed and have received excellent care! Every visit including yesterday, I continue to experience this and receive excellent medical care. Thank all of you for all you do for me.
