I felt that I had a potentially urgent cardio-type issue, although not emergency department level. Not having a primary care provider, I did a website search for a someone local to me, within network. I had name recognition of AvanceCare, but no knowledge of other persons who had been there. I was admitted to the office on a weekday morning, within two hours of my call. Ben is wonderful!! He is quick and listens to everything you say…. However, you need to be able to get in contact with you guys… It’s almost impossible and I’ve left two messages for Ben and no one has called me back so I’m assuming Ben never got the message because he is great about calling back! I just wish when I called the doctors office and today’s world someone would Answer instead of getting an answer machine!! Just my opinion!
