I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Beena Patel, DO. The doctors, PAs, and nurses made sure to address my concerns and ensured it was patient-focused. The one thing I liked is that she used osteopathic manipulative medicine procedures on me to treat one of my complaints. The office is also very clean and didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend Avance care to anyone that requires care in the local area!

From start to finish, my appointment was full of friendly, kind, compassionate, and personable people, including the woman at the front desk, the nurse who did my intake, my doctor, and the phlebotomist. I walked in feeling exhausted and irritable and walked out an hour later feeling like a brand new person, tended to with care and very blessed to be a patient at this practice.

I’ve been going to Preston Medical, now Avance Care Preston, since 2000. It was a great recommendation from a coworker when I moved to NC. I continue to go here even after retirement and living 40 minutes away. Dr. Vandergriff is the best, she really helped me understand specifics about my health. She is patient and kind, let alone very knowledgeable. All nurses, health practitioners and front desk staff are superb. Thank you so much.

Stephenie Brinson Avance Care Garner NC is my primary provider and has been for about 17 years. I contacted her office to see her as I was having coughing and breathing issues. I had been to urgent care 5 days before but the Zpack they gave was not working. She evaluated my symptoms and determined I had a respiratory infection. She gave me 4 prescriptions and 24 hours later I am already significantly improved.
