This was my first visit with a Practitioner, so I was a bit apprehensive. I normally go to my PCP at Duke Family Medicine, but I needed to be seen right away. I had a bad dry cough and sore throat and Pam listened intently to my symptoms. She was patient, asked me the right questions and gave me a thorough upper chest exam, examined throat and ears and reassured me that she knew I had an infection which req’d a Z-pack. I was in the market for a new Primary Care Physician after being with the same practice for 18 years. I stumbled upon Aavance Care’s website and knew in a minute I wanted to meet Dr Ivery,as her smile was so inviting. Dr. Catchings has provided care for me for many years. She is like being with family. She listens and hears what I am saying and has always provided excellent care. I’m very thankful for her.
