I was able to secure an appointment in a very timely manner, waited only a very short time before I was seen and was tended to in a manner consistent with what I expected…
The health care providers are truly top-notch but the administrative system supporting them is EXTREMELY frustrating. It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone for same-day/urgent appointment scheduling or trying to follow-up on time-sensitive test results. This happens more frequently than should be acceptable for a health care practice.
