The staff and physician were friendly and efficient. I appreciate the time and attention I received from Dr. Kritzer and Brittany. I do however, have great concern that there appears that no covid protocol is in place. No one- patients or staff wore masks. There was no instruction (signage) for distancing and I saw only one hand sanitizer (pump-style) in the waiting room. My first visit could not have gone any better. Helen at front desk is so perfessional and goes beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Amanda Steventon is so sincere for her patients, took time to hear what I needed to discuss and explained every concern so I could understand.
