The health care providers are truly top-notch but the administrative system supporting them is EXTREMELY frustrating. It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone for same-day/urgent appointment scheduling or trying to follow-up on time-sensitive test results. This happens more frequently than should be acceptable for a health care practice.
