Overall a very good experience. My only complaint it that I filled out all the forms online the night before, and then apparently they where not in the system so I had to do it again on paper.

I have been a patient of Dr. Godfrey for several years now. She continuously gives me excellent care. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. On occasion I have seen the other practioners in the office and they also do a fine job. Wait time is short and the receptionists are very polite and pleasant.

My husband and I both tested positive after returning from a trip to Europe. We both were really sick even with the vaccine and boosters. Avance on Oberlin were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive returning calls and scheduling appointments. They were absolutely swamped with patients, but somehow they always had a smile and a friendly voice on the phone. So happy to have them as our family physicians "go to"!

Dr. Metz is the gold standard for internists. She is thorough, thoughtful, a wonderful listener, responsive and kind. She explains and brainstorms and appreciates her patients’ input. I live in a town 50 miles from CH but I drive to see her because she is such a gem of a doctor.
