Needed PCR COVID test. Had already used the Chapel Hill location for husband and son for same reason in July. Setting up appointment was easy. Staff was friendly and professional. Staff explained process and called me within quoted time with test results. Glad they use Labcorp for their clinical testing too.

This is real medical care! After 2020 our family lost faith in the "Health Care System" and corporate healthcare. My husband came close to losing his life after his primary care physician refused care during the pandemic. We will never go anywhere else! Wonderful practice. I tell everyone I can to go to Avance.

Newer doctors don't take the time to listen to you and why you're there today. And then a call to come back next day. This is no reflections on Dr. Houng who is GREAT and if you can get appointment with him take it.
