Your office manager refused to do anything for the billing issue I am facing, and after reviewing the hideous care with her that we received during our visit, where she relayed your equipment was not working, I think even less of your people and facility. To top it off, she provided a number to the main office where it just rings. I should have researched your Better Business Reviews and score before hand. Please provide a contact immediately to resolve our issue.

I went in after being sick for 4 days with a high fever chills and body aches after I had tested negative for Covid already multiple times. I was told on the phone that I would be tested for the flu during my appointment. When I was there the PA told me he wasn’t going to test me for the flu because it would be pointless because he said even if I come back positive for the flu after 48 hours have passed the flu medication wouldn’t work on me which I have never heard of before and have had the flu a lot throughout my life. The appointment felt rushed. It seemed as they were set on provided the bare minimum standard of care. As a 30 year old man, I asked to get my hormones checked as part of my wellness and was told it wasn’t included. I got charged $150 extra for that even though they were already drawing blood for other tests as part of my wellness exam. Every other provider I have been to has included that as part of well exam. I have been a patient at avance northeast for a while now, always a great experience. I recently visited Knightdale, a great experience. April 30 was my first time visiting Wake Forest and it was the worst ever. I was met with a rude receptionist who insisted I immediately exit to my vehicle due to my symptoms (severe cough and soar throat). She claimed she left me a voicemail which I still have not received. ONe of the worst services ever. Saw PA twice paid $30 each time. Week 3 still coughing. Asked for a call back (SUnday @ 9:20 a.m. ) girl took notes on what was going on - I asked if i could not pay another copay (and i said was negative on covid test). that my history has always been broncitus. I can't sleep wake up every 4 hours. Sundays they close at 3 pm. I called at 2:20 p.m. and she said you made an appt at another location no need to follow up. I showed up at 2:50 for a 3 o’clock appointment. I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before I decided to get up and ask what was going on. It took another five minutes to get an answer that the doctor would be with me in another 30 minutes for a 3 o’clock appointment. I asked for $100 refund because I was not going to wait an hour to get my physical/check up. I have never had to pay upfront before ever seeing the doctor. I will not be coming back to this place. First rate medical office! Dr Lam is an excellent PCP as she is an excellent diagnostician and has great people skills. She has helped me tremendously to get my diabetes numbers down I only 3 weeks. Very highly recommended.

Outstanding primary care provider! Dr. Lam is an amazing diagnostician and I felt very comfortable with her. She is very bright and explains everything you need to know. This whole office is at the the top of their game; no long wait times, efficient staff and pristine office environment. Highly recommended.
