It's cheap and... (Verified Renter) It's cheap and a nice neighborhood but for the problems I've had, still asking 300$ to move apartments I feel is very dissatisfactory.
Older community, units... (Verified Renter) Older community, units are not up to date, rent continues to climb for no increase in value. Care of the property appeared to slip the last couple of years.

The first reason... (Verified Renter) The first reason the complex is clean I never see trash everywhere the area is a plus I love the Norrh side town and I recommended it to friends already
It took several... (Verified Renter) It took several weeks for my request to be completed (changing lightbulbs and fixing a doorknob), but I'm otherwise happy with this community.

The maintenance team... (Verified Renter) The maintenance team can be slow and lacks communication when issues have been pending. However, the office staff has been good to me.
