Apartments are kind... (Verified Renter) Apartments are kind of old. Needs some repairs to creeky floors and bathrooms. Good location though. Rates can be pricey at times.

Avery Point is quiet, yet near to all of the places I need to go. The staff has been nothing but great and so welcoming throughout the entire process!

Avery Point is... (Verified Renter) Avery Point is a nice community to live in. I would recommend others to live here. So far my stay has been peaceful, i.have not interacted on a one on one wit maintenance, service request are completed. However it just seems it takes sometime.
