Apartments are kind... (Verified Renter) Apartments are kind of old. Needs some repairs to creeky floors and bathrooms. Good location though. Rates can be pricey at times.

I just recently... (Verified Renter) I just recently moved here after my first apartment, and I cannot explain how much happier I am with this apartment complex. Avery Point is quiet, yet near to all of the places I need to go. The staff has been nothing but great and so welcoming throughout the entire process!
This service call... (Verified Renter) This service call went great, he went out of his way to assist. I neede my toilet seat changed and had a replacement one available. He installed it for me. I really appreciated that. As far as reasons why I would not want to recommend someone to this community, I feel the office personnel has bad follow-up skills and I believe follow-up is a big deal in customer service.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the staff and location. For the money should have better quality of fixtures. Such as better/New blinds, Paint, cabinets.
Avery Point is... (Verified Renter) Avery Point is a nice community to live in. I would recommend others to live here. So far my stay has been peaceful, i.have not interacted on a one on one wit maintenance, service request are completed. However it just seems it takes sometime.
