The leasing consultant... (Verified Renter) The leasing consultant really worked with me and seemed to want to make sure I get what I wanted. If all goes well I will be moving in a few months. This location is ideal because my sister lives in the condos next door.

The drastic increase... (Verified Renter) The drastic increase in rent was why I moved out. In the 3 years I lived there, there were no upgrades or specials offered for renewing my lease.
