Our contract stated we would have an Infiniti SUV limo for our wedding. However, the day of, they sent a party bus. This was bittersweet because it was not what we asked for and not what we signed in black and white BUT it was spacious, awesome sound system, plasma screens, and fully stocked with champagne, beer and soda. Although we were upset at first our fowns turned to smiles when we entered the ice cold bus on a hot June Saturday. So all in all, no complaints really. The driver stopped wherever we wanted and was kind.
I have rented a lot of party busses in the past but this has to be the nicest one I've ever rented..........thanks so much our wedding was perfect.
I just wanted to say thank you for the great limousine experience during our wedding! Definitely will be recommending Avital Limousine for our special occasions...the 20 passenger Infiniti QX56 was awesome!
Asked for a white party bus n got a black van, they dont care and don't want to refund the difference.
I was the bride for a wedding in Chicago and had a good experience getting to our wedding venue during our first bus but after that we had a few guests on another bus get dropped off a block away from our wedding venue, including the grooms elderly grandpa with a cane. We also had an awful experience to bring us back to our hotel from the venue. They left us and our guest stranded at the wedding venue. Avital Limousine's reply: I understand your frustration but as we tried to explain to you on the phone the ramps were closed to Chicago was no way to enter Chicago because of Mexican people going crazy in the city. We tried to get in but were not able to, we can't predict something like that it"s not in our power. We are giving the money back because we were not able to do the service. We are sorry about the inconvenience but nothing we could do.
I recently rented the Infinity limo for my daughter’s 15th birthday party and the driver was very nice. As far as the limo itself, not so much. It was in the mid 80s out and the limo was not cooling. The limo is suppose to hold around 22 people and we only had 12 and it was still warm inside. I immediately called the company and they informed me that the limo doesn’t cool unless it’s in motion for awhile. So if your making short stops for pics etc. then beware. 1 star is too many with this company. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH ANY COMPANY IN MY LIFE. Brides: it's so expensive and time consuming to plan a wedding DO NOT use this company. It was the worst possible stress a bride could endure at the worst possible moment. It started off bad, when we didn't get anything that came with the "wedding package" but it was a beautiful day and it wasn't going to ruin it. I'm so upset to not see that many bad reviews on here but they are everywhere else!!! Please be sure to look on yelp and google and other websites. I wish I had instead of relying on this website's reviews, I would've been properly warned and I would've stayed away if I had looked everywhere! Let's start with..
