Horrible Service! The drivers got lost dropping my groom off at the church (a 2 minutes drive from the house) and then lost AGAIN coming back to get me. I was late for our ceremony and the driver took no responsibility for any of this! Later, the driver got us lost AGAIN going to the reception the company took NO responsibility for any of this and they charged us $150 for an extra hour of service even though their advertised rates were $125/extra hour. For Quality of Service, the driver was at first pleasant, but then began to call my cell phone (being the groom) repeatedly a half an hour to the end of our event (which was a distraction from finishing our pictures). Although the limo came "stocked", for a 30 - 34 passenger vehicle we still had to make a stop at a liquor store (and we really were only in the limo for about 1 hour out of 5 hours booked with 9 adults half the time and 16 adults the other half). The main problem we encountered was the person capacity of the bus. It held 24 people very tight yet advertised 30! We had 1 person standing the whole time and 23 sitting. Very misleading.

We recently used Avital Limousine for our wedding and had a horrible experience. The service was terrible and the experience was truly a nightmare. For starters, throughout the entire trip, while he was driving, while he was opening the door and even when he was talking to us, the limo driver had his headphones on (in both ears) with music blaring.
