We really wanted to book with Avital. We viewed their fleet and were ready to make a deposit. However, the pricing was a bit high. I asked the office manager if the price is negotiable at all and she said that if there was comparable pricing offered by another company that they could match. DO NOT BOOK! LIMO DIED ON MY WEDDING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was the groom that booked the waste of skin these people are printed on. I called multiple times to reassure my wedding party and MY BRIDE would have transportation to our destinations. First initial pickup for my Groomsmen and I was already disappointing! I am not one to submit poor reviews. I would say that I am a pretty understanding and forgiving person, however, about 1.5 hours of my wedding were taken away from me because of Avital and I believe that others should be informed of this before using their services. I recently got married 5/26/18 at the Hotel Indigo in downtown Naperville and Avital Limo was our transport of choice between there and the ceremony in St.Charles. The customer service leading up to the wedding was on point, but the day of was a disaster. The bus unfortunately broke down in the middle of the a 4 lane highway (Rt 38) on my way to the church. Our time started at 3 PM and I expected the limo to be at the specific pick up point at that time. Limo wasn’t there until 3:17 PM, which in turn almost made our wedding ceremony delayed. For what I paid I expected better service, especially for our special day.
Look elsewhere. Poor A/C and music system inside vehicle. Hot air coming out of A/C vents. Cheap beverages (Miller Lite and Andre champagne) provided. Driver was courteous and accommodating, but overall experience was lacking. Definitely expected better for the price paid.
We rented a party bus to transport our wedding party around for pictures in the City of Chicago. The driver didn't know where he was going. We offered to give them a list of our stops for pictures prior to pickup but they said the driver would know where to go. Big mistake. We were running late which was our fault initially, but when we are on Irving and Pine Grove and say Wrigley Field, the quickest way is not to get onto Lake Shore drive, to Belmont. I booked Avital Limo because I loved the Lincoln Navigator’s butterfly doors. We decided to pay a bit more than prices I found at other companies, because of how nice everything looked in the photos on their website. I was very disappointed overall with my experience with Avital. Within 5 minutes of our drive to the church for the wedding ceremony the driver jumps up on a median when turning. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This company ruined my wedding day! I would NEVER use them again and recommend you go somewhere else for your wedding day transportation needs! My husband was so excited to have his Hummer limo for our wedding day; it was one of the only things he asked for that day.
