Recently moved and very happy My girlfriend and I recently moved into Alta Brewers Hill and had a lovely experience thus far. The office and apartment staff have been lovely (we worked with Marion primarily) and feel completely at home here. The spaces are modern and updated, and the apartments are sleek and cozy. Looking forward to using the amenities including the gym and pool!

Amazing place to live I absolutely love living at Alta Brewer’s Hill. The management team is timely in their responses, very polite and helpful. Marion in the leasing office has been a pleasure to work with. The building is well maintained and the facilities (gym, common areas) are beautiful. The only down side to this area is you can hear the train go by at various times of day.

Amazing property! Before touring Alta, I toured at least 10 other properties within Baltimore over the last 2 years. When I toured Alta, I instantly felt that there was something different about the property. Marion assisted me from tour to move-in, and I have to say she was a large part of why I decided to move here. Marion is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive - and honestly, so is everyone else in the leasing office - but Marion truly went above and beyond and provided the best leasing experience I've ever had. Luxury, Friendly, & Location! Alta Brewers Hill is THE place to live! I've been here for almost 4 months and I love it! The location is perfect, amenities are awesome, and the residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. Marion, in the front office, has been extremely helpful. Verified Renter The staff is friendly and responsive. The property is very clean and well-cared for, and the construction is solid - I never hear any of my neighbors. The apartments, even the 1 bedrooms, are spacious with TONS of cabinet space. The amenities are top-tier. When I took a tour, I felt like I was at a resort. From the pool, to the clubhouse, THE GYM, and even the dog park, no detail was overlooked in designing the property.
