Nice Place I visited the location twice before making a decision. I loved the designs and my tour both times. I only decided to move somewhere else, because it was closer to my job (within walking distance). However, my experience was amaze-balls and I had to give the team two thumbs up!

Bad manager and poor construction First, we chose a different apartment in the building because it had a lower price. However, we were later informed that it was a mistake and that the apartment was already occupied. As a result, they offered us a different apartment with no sunlight at a higher price. Poorly Built Great location with good amenities (when they are working). Be prepared to hear everything from the apartment above you, from footsteps to their shower running and toilet flushing. Heat and A/C are both extremely loud when they kick on, and you will most likely have to purchase a dehumidifier on your own for their summer.
Easily the Worst Place to Live in Baltimore This is not a luxury building!! Do not be fooled by the reviews left by employees of the Wood Property Group. I have yet to talk to a single tenant who is pleased with the building. Theft is a regular occurrence here. Oh and make sure if you do move in you install a camera. The property group will enter your home without approval.
Poorly managed property Great facility, but poor management. Elevators break every week but the message is “take the stairs.” Pool is beautiful but randomly closed without notice, including Labor Day! And all management communicates about consistently is rent. So I’d look elsewhere.
