Verified Renter The apartment and amenities are nice, however theres inconsistency in the policies and how management handles situations. Will not be renewing a lease nor recommending this building to any prospective tenants.

Verified Renter The Alta was great and incredibly accommodating during my onboarding process but since I've lived here I am paying way too much for what has been provided. Broken elevators, broken trash chutes, broken grills, garage broken into and cars broken into/bikes stolen, bugs.

Verified Renter The apartment complex is actually very nice. However, the amenity hours are completely unrealistic. The gym and resident lounge are generally open from 9-5, right during the work day. They shut down elevators for move ins and as much as I love living on the 7th floor, I dont love having to take the stairs with all my groceries with no heads up the elevator will be out of commission. Unresponsive Rude Staff Having trouble getting a virtual tour not happy if staff treats potential residents this way imagine how unresponsive they will be when you sign a lease. Person didn’t even call for appointment
