Great price for the area Office staff was friendly and informative. Apartment sizes and amenities are great for the cost
Chic Place My time at Axis has been the best: beautiful property, floor plans, FAST maintenance, friendly staff, and convenient parking. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and works excellent for working professionals looking to relax when back home. The location is also excellent; there's a Kroger walking distance and the Cedar Springs bars and dance floors are just around the corner (also walking distance). If I were to come back to Dallas I would live at Axis no questions asked.

Great place! I’ve been living here for about 10 months and just renewed my lease for another 15! This place is amazing, a newer building, such nice management team, quick maintenance staff (everything requested gets fixed within 24 hours), great amenities, the list goes on! I never hear anything from my neighbors and most of the residents are very respectful. Love this place and can’t wait to stay for a while!!
ZRS to Sherman ZRS recently sold this property to Sherman. ZRS took great care of the property. Now the trash builds up in the chute and outside of the chute, there's a broken sprinkler head that just squirts water 15ft into the air, and the carpet in the halls need cleaning. 3 stars because the units are beautiful and the employees are very friendly.
Nomad This building's interior is definitely a luxury style apartment conplex, however the surrounding environment I personally feel, brings down the property value. There are a few surrounding buildings where tenants don't keep up their balconies - they leave things on the balcony that cause it to look messy. Awesome in Oaklawn The building is very new and doesn't have much wear & tear. Biggest assets of the property: 2 story gym with new equipment, lots of young attractive residents that like to use the pool, outdoor courtyard area, high ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, speedy maintenance team. Cons: pricey & thin walls (you can hear everything your neighbors are doing; yes, everything).
