This place is the best! I chose this place because it is located to so much in Dallas (my job, downtown, arts district, cedar springs, and so much more). The complex has great amenities and is kept well. Most importantly, though, the staff work diligently to establish a community! This level of commitment can only arise from a staff that cares and has heart! This is a great place to live! Super close to Love Field and major highways. We moved here with a Great Pyrenees and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations for her. They have treats in the leasing office and bag and trash cans all around the building. Maintenance people respond super fast and are very nice and genuine. Parking has been a breeze. Very good atmosphere. Gated and clean complex. All the staff members that I've met have been friendly and welcoming. Safe and more quiet than most apartments I've rented.

I have loved living here over the past few years. The parking is excellent, the gym is amazing and it has a very nice pool. The maintenance staff is excellent!!! They repair things so quickly and are always so friendly.

Not a resident yet. I toured the property a couple weeks ago with Indya and she was fantastic. I came back in over the past weekend to re-tour and Indya was out of the office. Taylor, the other leasing agent was just as awesome. They both made me feel very welcomed and I didn't feel like they were just trying to get me to apply for the apartment to just get a lease. I loved living here. It's a beautiful complex and the finishes were my favorite of any apartment I lived in. Great, convenient location. It's a pet friendly apartment. Always spots in the parking garage. I always felt safe living here. Only downsides... when the trash chute would overflow, the hallways would smell. Tollway views are really loud, so, I would suggest a unit not facing the tollway. Sometimes the dog area would be unmaintained, but honestly, people need to pick up after their own pets. I have lived here for over two years and have been very happy. The management has been amazing. They truly care about their residents and really listen to their feedback. Shoutout to Mary, Jessica, and Taylor. Since I have lived here they've added recycling pick up, a fenced in dog area, work out classes, and numerous social events including happy hours, swim in movie nights at the pool, taco bars, etc. It's a great place to befriend your neighbors and live amongst respectable residents. I have nothing but great things to say about Axis at Wycliff. I just signed for my third year here and cant think of a better place for the price, location, and amenities. Pool is awesome especially if you like to party in the summertime. The complex has a lot of events for residents, and the staff is very supportive and attentive.
