Axis at Wycliff is one of the best luxury apartment/condo establishments in Oak Lawn! The apartment and communities are amazing especially our club room and pool! We lived here for 3 years. The apartments are beautiful with nice spacious open floor plans and really gorgeous finishes, plus the biggest balconies we've found in this area. It used to be under different management (which was awful), but the new management company (Sherman Residential) has been awesome. And a special shout-out to Mary Huerta who is so helpful and especially great to work with.
Living at Axis at Wycliff has just been plain easy and simple. Everything is always clean. Any issues are handled quickly. I have confidence in the staff. I typically would talk to Taylor and he is courteous and professional. Everything just operates well. Great location to Dallas and also the Tollway. Amenities are great. The pool is beautiful. Gym is awesome. Sherman Residential has shown some great class with the asset and I'm happy I live here. I have lived here from Feb 2016 to (most likely) Feb 2018.
I have lived here for almost 1 year and I am very pleased with this property. Management is very nice. They are always helpful and smiling when you walk into the office. Updated appliances and finishes are nice. The facilities are awesome as well. I have a membership to two gyms but on the days where I just don't feel like getting in my car I can get a good workout right down stairs. The pool is great! I have lived here for close to 2 years and it's been a very positive experience. The leasing staff is courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They have helped me in a number of situations. The apartments, in my opinion are so much bang for your buck. I don't know anywhere else you can get this quality, with this much space, for this price. My husband and I are approaching our one year anniversary of moving into Axis at Wycliff and I think it is safe to say that we love it more now than we did then! The on-site staff are very sweet, helpful and attentive. The the apartments are big with modern finishes and tall ceilings and the common areas are well maintained. HANDS DOWN BEST COMPLEX IN DALLAS. I've lived in Dallas for 8 years in 5 different apartment complexes and not only have I never left an apartment review before, I've never even left a Yelp review before! That's how impressed I am with this place! The complex is gorgeous (my friends refer to it as "the spa") and the staff is so amazing, happy and helpful, but even more unique and important than that are the little details. I just recently moved to the area and I love every minute of it. I had been looking around for an apartment since August and no other mid rise apartments I seen has WOWed me like Axis at Wycliff has. The management team are very friendly. They are ready to help as soon as you walk through the door. The apartment complex is well kept and has great amenities for the residents and guests. I loved it when I was there. Unfortunatley a few residents want to blame others for their misfortune when it comes to late fees. They should be upset at themselves for not making arrangements to pay the rents ahead of time if they are planning a trip. The staff is awesome and you can see the great reviews posted. The location is great, the ammenities are also a plus. Some ammenities may be first come first serve basis, if you plan ahead things may work out for your benefit.
