I haven’t been for a while and food choice was more limited than I remember. Food quality and service was poor. Ordered a simple ploughman’s sandwich - bread was warm and soggy, cheese was also warm, but not in a nice toasted way. Strange grated carrot on side - not a salad, not a coleslaw. Overall, looked like a very sad sandwich for £9. Drink order got lost and service slow. So many places to pick from in Edinburgh - only reason to go is for the lovely decor and ambience.

Amazing service and cool atmosphere! Our steaks were cooked perfectly (just need a little more salt/flavor).

Badger & Co has a lovely ambiance, and the service was very good. The lunch menu is very limited especially if you do not want a posh sandwich. I was meeting a girlfriend for a Xmas catch up, i had booked, yet we were sat surrounded by an office Christmas party, when there were seats available in another area area were we would have not been intruding on the office party speeches.
As usual, Badger & Co. did not disappoint. Family members have been before separately, but this was the first time altogether, and we had a great time . The food was delicious, the service was friendly but unobtrusive and the decor is fantastic.Loved the taxidermy trophy heads in their Christmas finery, and I'm now the proud owner of a Badger keyring too! We'll definately be back.
Beautiful interior, great ambience will upbeat music, attentive friendly staff and the food was of a really high standard - would definitely come back again.
The food was good and lovely surroundings but the music and noise was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. The waiting staff were over loaded and a bit sharp at times.
