The restaurant is very relaxed and quiet in the middle of the festival. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the wine recommended to us by our server. Will definitely be returning soon.
We all had a wonderful time here for brunch. One of us is gluten free and they created a full cooked breakfast that suited his needs. Two of us had the Badger's Brunch which was fantastic value for money. Our server gave the place a great atmosphere and always looked after us.
Fantastic meal - my first time at this restaurant and i plan to return. The smoked salmon starter was sublime. I then had a delicious pie which was massive. The fruit and jelly comes with a posh mini version of an arctic roll for those that remember their 70s classic desserts! Great service and atmosphere. Very well appointed restaurant with good space between tables. We had a light meal which was very satisfactory.
Nice choice of food for the meat eaters and vegetarians, well presented and tasty. Beautiful surroundings, very clean and well looked after.

Excellent menu and device from staff made to feel welcome
Had a lovely evening meal on Friday. However did ask for a corner table if possible and we were absolutely in the middle of the room so minus points for that. Service was excellent and food was good. Probably could have been a little more fish in the fish pie and less mashed potatoe but the mashed potatoe was delicious as was the cabbage and bacon side.. Toilets were really quirky and squeaky clean so plus points for that. Would definitely return as really enjoyed the vibe.
