I needed to bail my brother out and I called here, I received an awesome rate and immediately came to there office. I got there around 6:45 pm. They said it could take 2-4 hours. My brother was released before 2 hours!! Threw the whole process they stayed in contact with my husband and I. They did everything they said they would and made a stressful situation better. THANK YOU BAIL HOTLINE!!

Customer service is very unprofessional. Do not do business with these bail bond. They do not work with you with any type of payment. They are money hungry. And they add hidden fees. They're a scam. I do not value their customer service and the way they conduct business. Zero stars.

This company is extremely good at telling half truths and straight up lies. I was assured in would be able to get my very I'll husband out as soon as in paid the down payment on his bond. 14 hours later with no update on my husband release status, I called the company and was told they would NOT be keeping their end of an deal we had away made the prior day and that they would NOT be refunding the down payment in a timely manner. The bell experience in the office, is ok but be careful with the financial part. They don't read the notes harassing in the billing part my payment have been on time and month ahead calling harassing my job leaving messages on a general voicemail requiring payment. They are very rude and unprofessional when speaking to you on the phone I hope I don't have to use them again.

Their customer service is trash their loyalty to previous customers is horrible they have no type of discount even on holidays season they don't work a payment plan for you they just want to take as much money as possible and they'll add a ankle monitor to make you pay more and make you pay 2 payments a month instead of 1 they're workers suck Adrianna the worse agent there and the manager doesn't care about customers

This is the worst bail bondsman I've ever met. They took my money $5,000, almost immediately. And every day there was something else they needed from me. And after 6 weeks, they then said that were not able to get the person out! And now it's another 6 weeks and they still haven't returned my money. I needed to get bailed out and BAILHot line was very unprofessional, rude too my co-signers and acted like they were God. When it came down to my release date they purposely took their time. I was due out New Years Eve; I had an air b&b too spend time with my family and son. And didn't get out tell 4 days later. I did everything they asked.
