I'm giving a one star rate based on the customer service and harassment with the finance department this is THE WORST BAIL BOND COMPANY ! Avoid!!! Avoid!!!! Avoid!!! I hired them for my husband. They keep fucking around. Hang up on me, can't get my husband out. I already gave them $500. And they still won't get my husband out. Some bitch, telling me she doesn't get paid enuf. Are fucking serious!!! This is ur job!! The sole reason u exist!! Go with another bail company, there are much better than these people!!!!! Avoid!!! They don't deserve a star at all. They are cery helpful to get you sign a contract but after that they are rude, unprofessional and hard to work with. They have sketchy collection procedures and will hound you unlike any other business.

Zero stars if I could....yea..like everyone is saying they are a huge scam. Ill never ever use this company again. I should have called Aladdin Bail Bonds....much more professional and straight forward. They are not fakes like these people. Please whatever you do shop around and do not trust these people. There are plenty of bail bond companies out there to choose from...dont choose them. I beg you.

So I bailed my friend out and co signed for her. We paid when we were supposed too and she was out on bail for 5 weeks and got sentenced I lost my job and these guys called me and began saying I wasn't a man and should get some balls and be a man and pay him knowing I had just lost my wife to cancer a few weeks ago continued to call me names and be little me. Even called me a punk. I will never ever recommend them to anyone and will give them continuously bad reviews. There very unprofessional and are rude.

I am very unpleased with their service. My family had spoken to someone they offer to get my husband out for 1500$ just a couple of days ago. I call to confirm I spoke with Denise he says that is correct. I am 5 months pregnant I told them I do not want to waste your time or mine if this is what you are offering we will take it. This place was despicable. There were 2 women and a guy in there when I went to my 24 hour check in. One of the ladies was more passive and the other one was an utterly despicable "C" word I won't say here. . . Anyways now I feel like they set me up to fail from the beginning. I told the person writing my contract that the best day for me to make payments was on the 21st, I only get paid twice a month on the 6th and 21st of each month.
