they will take photo copies of your ID and credit card then one of their agents, in my case as shit head named Ronnie Roman will take your information and make illegal and unauthorized charges on your card. because he has a copy with the 3 digit code it takes more effort to get the fraud reversed. They clearly do not protect their clients financial information in any manner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! A nice kind hearted woman will tell you everything you want to hear when you bail someone out of jail. And sign their paperwork. Then an aggressive loud man will berate you over be phone week after week until you get scared to answer the phone. They offered me 48-hour liability and it's typed out on my contract yet everytime they call me and I repeat this THEY LAUGH and say they don't offer it. Perfect. Instead of saying they can't help out, they will string you along thinking you will be provided bail. If you can't approve a bail, then just say no! None of their systems are connected, and when you call you will reach every office they have in California. After speaking on any given call with MULTIPLE representatives, you will get different pieces of information each time. Instead, it's just a run around game. Dont go through them. They are a rip off. My daughter tried to bail out her boyfrind and gave them 600 cash. When they finished all the paper work they found out he had an immigration hold so they werent able to get him out. They told my daughter to come back in two weeks to get her money back. Total BS !! She found another bail company to get her boyfrind out but because she doesnt have her 600 dollars she cant

A shady and soul less "busines" called us in the middle of the night to say my son needed bail when we had already discussed with my son, no bail. When I told them we couldnt afford bail he lied and said my son asked for names and numbers of family and friends. Horrible scam artists stay away.I am so disgusted by this "business". Do not use them.

Stay away from this shady outfit. They're so caring and comforting and supportive until you're late on a payment. Then they violate every regulation on the books as regards debt collection. If you have an attorney let them handle it. If not, you're going to need an attorney just to get them to stop illegally harassing you. Bait and switch tactics to a tee. Don't walk. Run far, far away. You couldn't do much worse.

HORRIBLE. Do not call these people. I told one of their agents Jose that I decided to go with another bail company to be arranged the following morning, my husband has mental health illness and we didn't have a safe place for him to go that night. I told Jose that we already paid and made these arrangements elsewhere. I guess Jose couldn't handle this news so he went overnight and posted a bail. NO PAPERWORK SIGNED, NO MONEY PAID. This place is a shady scam. Was told that I could sign over title to bail my fiancé out and that they were working on paperwork. Went an picked up my fiancé's personal belongings (phone and wallet) and then changed everything saying they needed title, cosigner and $1000.
