We've been coming here for a few years now. Dr. Scott ALWAYS calls to follow up after fillings or other procedures. He always explains any work he needs to do and seems very knowledgable. My kids really like the office environment and the turtle logo (lol, the things that impress kids 🤷♀️), and the office staff is also friendly and quick. I wish they were open on Friday, but other than that, I would recommend this dentist for your kiddos.
I brought my twins for a checkup and I was quite impressed with the level of care. Additionally, the practice seem to work like a well-oiled machine: online forms, text check in, no wait, x-rays, hygienist, doctor, sugar-free lollipop and check out 🙂 Knowledgeable, caring doctor and staff.
Very friendly and professional! Communication with payments and appointment times was great. The hygienist put my daughter at ease, this being her first visit. She explained everything she was doing in words my daughter could understand. The rooms were bright and cheerful. The room my daughter was in was Star Wars themed. Dr. Scott took time to explain things and I did not feel rushed. I think everyone there knew my daughter's name and said goodbye to her when leaving. Overall very happy we choose this practice!
My 3 year old had a great experience here for her first dental appointment. I highly recommend this practice! Everyone is extremely patient and friendly with anxious little ones.
I was surprised at the lack of professionalism shown to me as a parent during my daughter's appointment today. The Dr. NEVER introduced himself to me or spoke directly with me while I was there. He only spoke to my husband and acted as if I was not the coparent in the office during my daughter's appointment. She will not be returning to this practice for future appointments.
