5 - Great services and very customer focused.
I absolutely love going to the dentist. Cara, Mary and Dr. Watanabe took good care of me. Mary is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Overall, I had a great experience at the dentist.
Dr. Watanabe and the entire staff is ALWAYS, friendly, smiling, kind, and available to answers any questions that I might have. While I get very nervous when I have to do dental work, Dr. uses mild sedation of gas, to take the edge off. The only thing I have to do is breath..... which sometimes I need reminding. He and his staff are great......
This was my first visit to Ballas Dental Care, and I will begin my treatment plan soon. Everyone, beginning Kera, who took my call on Saturday, Dee, Dr. Haines, and other others who received me at the reception desk were very pleasant, professional, polite, and comforting. Excellent experience on all accounts (except for the fact that I had pain, and that I'm not a "fan" of going to the dentist office), and I know I will have my problems taken care of by Dr. Haines and the staff. Love Dr. Watanabe. He he has been our great dentist and friend for over 30 years.
My dentist was out of town and I had an emergency to get my temporary crown put back in. I called around to other dental offices and had no success on getting in. I’m very grateful Ballas Dental was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Without the wonderful staff who toke care of me I would have had to wait several days to see my current dentist in a different location.
