Shari always greets me with a smile and some friendly chitchat. She is very good at her job. I enjoy our conversations when Dr. Watanabe comes in to give my mouth the once over after Shari is finished.

Everyone there is wonderful, but I would like to especially thank Christina. I think she could tell that I was nervous about having someone grind out part of my face so she was extra nice to me. Dr. Haines is very calm too. I've been going to BDC for a little while now and I am always very happy.

I would liked to have known at the visit and not when at the desk that the antibacterial rinse I was told to use cost $18 and wasn't a sample.

Jean is Excellent. I don't like the idea of grouping my wife account and my account into one account. I was told I had a balance which was untrue. It was on my wife's account. This creates confusion. Separate accounts is my suggestions.

Mary does a great job of cleaning and suggesting ways to better keep teeth clean. Dr. Hanes always does a great job.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I made the appointment on a Thurday for the following Friday morning. The receptionist even called me back after making my appointment to give me a few tips on how to ease my pain until my appointment the next morning. The staff was truly incredible, as was Dr. W!!!
