Dr Watanabe and team are world class professionals in service, expertise, technology and interpersonal interactions. After nearly two decades of me and my family being cared for by this team, I heartily endorse this practice for dental care.
Jean is so warm and welcoming. She is gentle and cares that I am comfortable. Dr. Haines is terrific and also very gentle and professional.
It is always a pleasure to visit the Ballas Dental Care office. Everyone is so personable and helpful. My kiddos even enjoy getting their teeth cleaned and look forward to their next visit! I would recommend BDC to anyone looking for dental services.

Mary and Dr. Haines are very cool. And even though I do not know the ladies' names at the reception desk, they are always friendly, welcoming, professional, and accommodating. I would not change a thing.
Other offices I have visited have cable tv and headphones. It makes for a great distraction since nobody looks forward to coming to get your teeth worked on.
Jean, my hygentist was very good. She was gentile and very thorough.
