Had a great visit. Got to work with Mary for the first time and she was a delight!
The two hygentists were absolutely wonderful.
After my cleaning, it took so long for the dentist to come in that I left without seeing him. This seems to be a problem every time I come in.

I don't like filling out that "history" form every time I come in. Maybe you should have a first question of "Has anything changed since the last form was filled out?" "Have your meds changed?"
