The office staff is always pleasant. I've never had an unpleasant experience at Ballas Dental. It's why I keep coming back. I get nervous, upset, embarrassed, & sweaty during dental appts. Mary cleaned my teeth for the first time and did a fantastic job. Dr. Watanabe was great.... as usual!
