We have been with BAMS for two months now. Customer service has been outstanding. The training to walk us through the new interface, the savings, easy to read billing, everything has been superb. We are saving almost $400 per month. As a small company, that helps tremendously. I highly recommend Ashley and the rest of the BAMS team.

Have worked with Ashley M**** as my Bus Development Manager. After having been burnt several times on the years with lying credit card processing sales reps I was extremely skeptical. I did review things like the reviews on BBB etc and did seem like BAMS might be ok but I did not change my processor that i'd been working with for many years. We switched to BAMS about 8 months ago. Their rates were significantly better than the previous processor. When we had trouble getting PCI compliance, Ashley stepped up and assisted us in achieving compliance. Ashley is one of the best customer service reps I've dealt with in a long time.
