Since before we started using BAMS, Troy G****** has worked with us and made sure that any time we had a questions or any issue at all, he has been completely on top of it. If I have a questions, I can e-mail Troy directly and usually have an answer in minutes, which is unheard of. Also, from time to time, he will reach out if he feels there is an opportunity to save a bit more on rates, which keeps us from having to shop around. Ashley was very helpful, usually I stay with my current providers for many business operations but this time I listened to what Ashley had to say. She was very professional and backed up her words by following up with how much money we did save that first month. The transition was very easy and she also pointed out that we were non-compliant with our previous provider so she also saved us money even before I signed on the dotted line. This organization is outstanding! I was lured by their low rates and customer service. Ashley M**** helped with the entire transition from our previous processor who was charging us twice as much yet service was woefully lacking. After the transition for our website, rates have remained exactly as advertised, Ashley responded whenever called, and service is terrific!
