Cleanliness and Maintenance When we arrived the unit was not clean. The floor was greasy and slippery, there was a McDonald’s bag of food on the sofa, dirty socks under the chair in master bedroom and dirty towels under the sink in the master bathroom. The shower head was broken in one of the other bathrooms and it took maintenance 2 days to come and fix it.
My family loves the facility. We book here every time we go to North Myrtle Beach

Be careful when booking- the Orbitz add us not very clear and misleading. You are booking a stay at the resort- which is a very large area with townhomes, Villas, and the resort towers. The booking agent places you wherever there is room so you are not guaranteed a spot in the resort tower pictured on the add. If you are in a Villa- there are no elevators! So make sure you place all special requests in your booking. We did not know all this and were blind sided when we showed up and were placed in a Villa on the third floor.... read more

Very good Good
The pool was nice also the size of condo. Our freezer kept making loud weird noise and i had to unplug the fridge , also bedding was ripped and the shower door was broken and tricky. I got stuck in it.

Do Your Research...Go straight to the source! The location wasn't at all were I thought we'd be located. The 3rd party booking service didn't give me what they promised in the pictures online. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
