The only thing that stopped me from giving all great ratings is the fact that I reported the first night we had a smoke detector coming unplugged from the ceiling and it was never fixed, bit other then that it was amazing we will go back for sure

I’ve stayed here before and had a better customer service experience at the front desk. There were only three employees working the front desk and they did not have a sense of urgency to check guests in. They were not pleasant but not necessarily rude. It took too long. Long lines. The property was not as clean. It’s smoke free but cigarette butts were on the back patio along with the smell of smoke. They only gave us 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 5 guests. I like that it was a unit and that it was clean and had a washer and dryer. Didn't like that check in was so late. The staff was not gery very friendly either. Check was supposed to be at 4. Didn't get our keys until 5:30

Great stay! We enjoyed our stay! Great room & bathroom! Only negative was no coffee maker & only one trash can! Loved the pool also!

Everything was pretty good overall. I liked the security of the place with codes to use for swing arm gate. I liked the pool area- open, spacious, plenty of chairs. Friendly people staying in the resort. Only issue was that we had an “adjoining” condo/villa unit and the neighbors next door were screaming and yelling at each other the first night along with a crying baby. But they moved out and the next two nights were peaceful.

Condo was not ready at check in time of 4pm. We were able to get access to condo at 5:30 pm. When we checked in we were not given card to access the pool, we had to go back and pick it up. Once in the condo it was very accommodating and clean. Would be nice if there was a broom or mop in condo to clean up. Would return to property for another vacation.
