I hired Basement Systems to work on drainage problems in my mothers basement who lives across the country. Very good communication and very proffers. Worry free experience and I wasn't even present to supervise or oversee.
Professional, courteous crew. Re did some of the plumbing work, upon my request, without hesitation. A little pricey for what was done, but you can hardly find or buy their level of professionalism and work ethic these days.
This crew was good. I would highly recommend them to others. The quality and design of the components used was excellent. They did EXACTLY what I wanted and did it right.
We are very pleased with Basement Systems. The work was completed in a timely manner and was well-done. The customer service has been fantastic. Our Sani-Dry was not working properly, and Basement Systems replaced it immediately. I would highly recommend them!

They have not completed the installation yet. It is scheduled for mid-September. I'm looking forward to finding out the quality of their work, but I have a good impression from the sales process.
Fortess was not contacted because they have no phone number, and they discussed in their comments about long term relationships with customers though they have been in busines since 2003 Totally sounds bogus. The other two have been out and seem very professional but they have shown that I probably need other outside drain work first.
After meeting with Basement Systems next week, we'll be able to submit a comment.
