BSUSA is a breath of fresh air! (No pun intended :-) ) Most contractors are untrustworthy and never finish the job, but BSUSA did great work, and their equipment delivers as promised! My basement is dry, and smells great!

We were extremely happy with the process from beginning to end. We had several other companies come out and we saw a difference right away with the inspector's approach and knowledge. Since we've never done this type of project before we didn't know what to expect from the crew during the installation. The foreman showed up on time as scheduled and was very considerate of our situation. These guys were awesome. We had them repair some very bad cracks that were leaking in the basement as well as install a new pump. Also had them install their water proof carpeted flooring in the kid's playroom down there. They left the basement cleaner than when they found it. and they were very polite and informative. From the office staff to the inspection to the installation process... everything was great. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you!
