After a long night of manually pumping water out after a power outage rendered our sump pump useless, we hired this company to install a new sump pump pit with a waterproof housing and install a second pump and a battery back up. My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasn't rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ocher, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. Needed my basement dry quickly and not too expensive. I had these guys come out and do it. The price was very reasonable and they were done in a day and a half. I have had several rainstorms now and my basement is dry. I am very happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company.
I had water coming into my basement from somewhere and I figured it was from a glass block window. Basement Systems USA came out and looked in the basement and at the window from the outside to discover there was no drain in the well and the water was filling up the well from underneath because the water had no where to go and then found its way into the basement. I had extreme water damage behind the walls of my finished basement that was never seen by the home inspector a few years back.
